THE ANSWER is a contemporary rock musical integrating the multi-media technologies of today to provide a total, engaging entertainment experience.
Author and composer of the Answer The Musical
Originally from Strasbourg France, Christina came to The USA to study music both at The Ohio State University and The Cleveland Institute of music.
She worked with Word records in Nashville Tennessee and toured with several Christian Contemporary artists as a guitarist, arranger and backup vocalist.
During that time she composed the musical "The Answer" with a goal to bring people together from different countries to present a message of hope through the gospel stories.
The music of the Answer has been performed in Spain, Brazil, France and in Phoenix Arizona Convention Center for the debut of the bi-lingual version in Spanish and English. The four musicians, Christina Dupre', Neil Zaza, Paco Aranda and Ernesto Alcantara.
At present "The Answer,' is touring the English version with a cast and crew of 85. Look for The music of The Answer and Christina coming soon on all digital platforms.
From San Javier (Spain), he began his musical studies at the age of 6. He soon met his first great teacher, José Merelo, who gave him effective ear training and a great knowledge of musical language. At that time, he already began his first experiences with piano improvisation.
He continued his studies with Larissa Tedtoeva (Russia) with whom he completed his professional piano studies. He also received singing and guitar lessons.
During his time at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Murcia he met the man who would become -along with Larissa- his great teacher, Emmanuel Ferrer-Laloë (France).
From him, he learned his pedagogical method, considered one of the best in the world. He also inherited his thoughts on art, music and his philosophy of life, something
that would definitely influence her career.
During this period, he began training as a music producer. In 2001 he was appointed director of the San Javier Conservatory of Music, a position that has led him - together with his management team - to position the educational institution as one of the most advanced and promising centres in the Region of Murcia. During this time, he shared the stage with singers such as Martín Valverde, Manu Escudero, Migueli, Gaby Soñer and Luis Enrique Ascoy (Peru).
He has toured Spain, France, the United States and Brazil. His work at Tri-C College in Cleveland (Ohio, USA) stands out, invited by Christina Dupré as arranger, performer and co-author (Spanish Version) of the Rock musical "The Answer", alongside musician and composer Christina Dupré and other musicians such as Phil Keaggy, Neil Zaza and Ernesto Alcantara.
Currently, he is perfecting himself in the art of composition (especially for film). He continues to work as director of the Conservatory, teaching at various European conservatories (Erasmus+), and also works as a music producer for numerous Spanish and foreign artists. At the same time, he is working on two personal symphonic projects with musicians from Venezuela, the United States, France and Spain.
His guitar playing has defined modern day instrumental guitar the world over. His melodic compositions have not only changed the way musicians play, but what audiences demand out of their guitar heroes.
To see Ohio native Neil Zaza's influential impact on guitar across the globe, merely tune into the legion of thousands of fanatical fans performing his international hit, "I'm Alright"
on YouTube. Neil's trademark "singing" and lyrical guitar style is easily recognizable and can only belong to one man: Neil Zaza.
"It's always been about the song for me," states Neil. "I remember all the tunes that really moved me when I was growing up and it wasn't about the guitarist playing 128th notes. It was about an inexplicable connection I felt drawing me to wear out my records as I couldn't get enough of that rush of the song itself! That's what I try and do with my music today. It's always about the song!"
Neil Zaza worldwide touring has cemented him as a true guitar phenomenon. He's played alongside and shared the stage with such guitar luminaries as Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Yngwie Malmsteen, and Nuno Bettencourt. His recordings feature collaborations with Van Halen's Michael Anthony, Dream Theater's Jordan Rudess, drumming legend Steve Smith, Peter Frampton among others.
Neil Zaza's mastery of the guitar amasses accolades from all sources. While he continues to transform the world of instrumental rock music one melody at a time, it's his latest fiery interpretations of classical masterworks in his unique voice that is the basis for his orchestral One Dark Night... project and concerts. Neil, his band, and an orchestra aren't just performing gothic classical music -they are literally reinventing it!

Just as Jesus Christ Superstar, Godspell and Rent had an impact on society in their day, THE ANSWER provides a powerful and encompassing experience for today's culture with its message of human compassion.
THE ANSWER begins with a character in the form of a spirit personifying the passage of time welcoming the audience to times beginning. The spirit takes us through creation using film as the means of experiencing that beginning up to the day before September 11, 2001. Then with multi-media magic, the spirit transforms the audience back 2000 years, and then back to the present.
The spirit tells the story of the prophets; the anointed ones, the ones who loved humanity, the ones who forgave.
In its full form, a cast of 20 performers, singing, dancing and acting along with a live band of 10 musicians who are integrated with the cast, take the
audience through a contemporary approach to the eternal messages of love, forgiveness and peace. The audience then experiences the actor who represents the prophet
of peace as if he was here today amongst us.
The hard hitting music of THE ANSWER helps the audience get in touch with the relevance of the messages of the past in dealing with serious issues of modern day. As they hear the contemporary music styles of today as well as view images and film of events of modern times, the audience is challenged with questions of what we all need to do to respond to the message of peace.
By the end of the production, many answers are given as well as the most important one of all, The Answer, the eternal truth ---- love.
THE ANSWER engages musicians from 18 different countries - emphasizing the importance of cultural exchange and participation.
THE ANSWER - THE MUSICAL began when musicians and colleagues Christina Dupré and Lorenzo Salvagni came together at a castle near Latina Italy and began discussing the telling of a story. They decided to emphasize the messages of love, peace, forgiveness and hope, and involve as many different cultures as possible in its creation. The concept of THE ANSWER was born.
Shortly after that time, Christina and David Thomas, along with Father Walter Hyclak, began shaping a script. Christina wrote music and traveled to several different
studios in different countries to record with artists from many countries.
The Esprit Entertainment Board was established to organize and help spread the THE ANSWER throughout the world.
Christina traveled to Italy, Spain, Israel, France and across the USA with David Thomas to record soundtracks as well as film, on location. In the process, musicians from 18 different countries were involved and performed on the soundtracks. At the same time the script was being developed in four languages; Spanish, English, French and Italian.
In 2011, Christina met Paco Aranda in Spain. They began developing the Spanish version of THE ANSWER. Locally (in the Cleveland, Ohio area) recording artist and
internationally known guitarist Neil Zaza and internationally known bassist Dave McDougald joined the project and helped mold THE ANSWER sound. In Nashville, both Phil
Keaggy and Tommy Wiggins contribute to the project. They have also helped mold THE ANSWER sound. Marcelo Ramos, a cellist and conductor from Brazil, also participates
in THE ANSWER sound. People of different cultures coming together, working together and performing together truly exemplified the true message of THE ANSWER.
